How to solve out the problem about WordPress web page blocks with 98% CPU?
I attempted to troubleshoot the issue by disabling all plugins and using the default WordPress theme, but the same problem persisted. The issue is reproducible on both Chrome and Firefox browsers, and you can confirm it by visiting the website's URL /staging.

Hello,
I tried all the above options disabling all the plugins but it did not work. I tried changing the themes with all possible combinations – that too did not work. Finally the I tried to do downgrade the version of WordPress since the comments were working on 5th Nov and the main thing which changed after that was the version of wordpress changed to 6.1.1.
I installed the WP Downgrade plugin to change the version of WordPress to 6.0.3. But as luck would have it I did not see the option to update the version. I wanted to upgrade
After giving my brain some time to rest (couple of days), I looked at the issue again and felt it has something to do with the version of WordPress.
I manually checked the settings of each installed Plugin, all of them mentioned compatible with 6.1.1 except one which said compatible with 6.0.3. I disabled this plugin and voila the comments now work.
Hopefully the disabled plugin doesn’t break something else.
