I have created a FSE child theme, and upon activating it on my live site, I am experiencing issues with the menus. When I select my website’s primary menu, which consists of my primary categories, and save it, it displays my website’s list of pages (which I think is WordPress’s default menu). I have also made an attempt to replace the header with a saved navigation block containing the main menu, but it shows the same results.
Strangely, the menu appears correctly in the block editor, but it appears incorrectly on the public side. I have attached two screenshots showing this issue (see below). I’m entirely confused as to why this is happening and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this problem.

Fortunately, the problem has been resolved. I had to wait for the navigation menu selector to load completely, then I selected the “classic menu” option, saved the changes, reordered one of the menu items, and saved it again. This process fixed the issue I was experiencing.
