You do not need to do any web developments and you can also buy themes and extensions if you need. As we all know, wordpress is so popular for quite a long time, it is trustworthy after many years of market-proven.
It is impossible to set up a wordpress webiste from scratch without using a theme. You should learn more about HTML5 code skill , here are several coding languages you should learn:
