I was there and meet this wordpress error, not sure why this error keeps showing up?

I recommend you to download the ZIP file of latest WordPress version: https://wordpress.org/download/releases/ – I assume it is currently 6.0.3. Unpack the ZIP on your computer and then upload the directories wp-admin and wp-includes via FTP to your hosting. If you need help with the FTP connection contact the support of your hoster.
