Today I have encountered an issue, after I login the wordpress website and click on“Customize” on the themes, or “Add New” on themes, there is a 403 error. The Same problem also happens with “Tools” on the left menu. Is there any problem with the htaccess file? I have checked other options on the menu, they work fine. The post can be edited and it displays well. Any idea?

I recommend you to rebuild from the ground up, backdating the posts to the time you posted them. The includes thing fixed it!!!!! All of WP-Admin console is back to WORKING.
