My wordpress website is http based since it was built 10 days ago, today I have bought a SSL and install it. When I try to redirect it to the https on Settings->General, I get an error secure 403 forbidden page. HTTP is ok, but https is not working, anyone helps?

The fast way is to ask the hosting support to install the SSL for you, and then do a redirection in the .htaccess file. I have met such a problem, and I just contact the support, they do the rest for me. My SSL is free SSL, let’s encrypt.
Yes, some hosting provider may offer free SSL, they will install it for you.
I think this problem should be clarified by the support of your hosting. In WordPress backend, you can only store the URL under which WordPress is accessible. And now, the website can be accessed.
